Xiris Hires New Service Tech

Shivom Rathod is their new service technician for India.

The president of Xiris, Cameron Serles (left) welcomes Shivom Rathod, who is now responsible for installation and training for all new customers, as well as servicing and repair work of their equipment across India.

Xiris Automation Inc. (Burlington, ON) has announced that Shivom Rathod, has joined their team as the new service technician for India. He has over ten years of experience in the welding industry providing technical service and support for welding equipment and automation all over India. Based out of Pune, India, he will be responsible for installation and training for all new customers, as well as servicing and repair work of their equipment across India.

Cameron Serles, the president of the company, commented, “We are very pleased to have Shivom join our team. His experience in providing a high level of service and support to a diverse customer base will be of great benefit as we grow our business across India. Welcome!”
