The KASTOsort robot link automates production processes upstream and downstream of the sawing process and integrates these into a uniformly-controlled material flow. Industrial robots not only remove the saw cuts independently, they also perform deburring, chamfering, centring, threading, marking, printing, sorting, stacking and picking. The robotic system can be further integrated with a container management or driverless transport system. (Photo courtesy of KASTO Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG)

Redefining Sheet Metal Automation Strategy
The ASTES4 LASORTING system from MC Machinery is a fully integrated system for cutting, sorting and storage of sheet metal to streamline processes, speed up production and reduce labor costs.

Robot Transports Heavy Loads Using AI-Based Navigation
With the ability to distinguish between humans, forklifts and other obstacles and react for greater efficiency, the large MiR1000 autonomous mobile robot from MiR can safely lift and efficiently transport a 2,200 lb payload.

When Production Organizes Itself
Fully automated Industry 4.0 systems from KASTO create an intelligent factory that continually monitors and optimizes itself, produces higher parts, eliminates operating errors, ensuring a good competitive position and heightened customer satisfaction.

Mobile Detection Stations
KHT MultiScan mobile detection stations from KNAPP are also master data measuring devices that can record and measure complex shapes on the factory floor.
