In Booth A-2103, Amada Marvel, Inc. (Oshkosh, WI) will display their new WS2543M Horizontal Semi-Automatic Band Saw, which has a 2 in blade with 6.5 deg canted head, double full-stroking hydraulic vises and an automated guide arm, along with a hydraulic chip conveyor, hydraulic carbide blade guides and hydraulic blade tension. The WS2543M has a round cutting capacity of 28 in and rectangle cutting capacity of 25 in x 43 in. Another new addition on display is their Amada blade line, which includes three different blades that cover a wide array of band saws: the Amada SGLB general-purpose blade, the Eagle Beak SST and Eagle Beak VTR blades, which are designed specifically for Amada Marvel vertical tilt-frame band saws.
