Vice President Mike Pence recently visited Sargent Metal (Anderson, SC) to discuss the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) concerning fair trade between the three countries. Approximately 675 people were in attendance at the event hosted by the metal fabricator. In addition to the Vice President, the other guests on hand included the Governor of SC, Henry McMaster; Acting Secretary of Labor Patrick Pizzella; Lt. Governor of SC Pamela Evette; Senator Lindsey Graham; Congressman William Timmons; Congressman Ralph Norman and Congressman Tom Rice. Before the Vice President spoke, the congressmen held a panel discussion concerning the USMCA trade agreement that was moderated by Sean Spicer. View the speech here.
