In Booth A-4912, Hypertherm Inc. (Hanover, NH) will highlight the industry’s only X-Definition® plasma cutting technology, their predictive waterjet technology and the newest versions of their ProNest® and Robotmaster® software. There will also be live demonstrations of their Powermax® air plasma and they will showcase their extensive line-up of specialty torches and consumables. X-Definition class plasma combines engineering advances and refined high definition plasma processes to deliver unmatched plasma cut quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The HyPrecision Predictive waterjet pump includes technology designed to provide warning of upcoming maintenance needs. Cut samples of both cutting processes will be available in Fabrication Hall at the show. Attendees can also receive live demonstrations of ProNest 2019 CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting, with more than a dozen new features and enhancements to make customers more efficient and profitable.

Hypertherm will also demonstrate the new version 7.1 of their Robotmaster task-based robot programming platform that contains more than 500 improvements, features, and bug fixes that make it possible for welding, cutting, painting, sanding and other process professionals to easily program industrial robots without having to buy or learn complex CAD/CAM software. Information on their entire line of Powermax air plasma systems, along with their lineup of specialty torches and consumables, will be available from the Welding Hall in Booth B-17026, with multiple daily demonstrations of cutting, gouging, flush cutting, extended reach cutting, marking and CNC table cutting. Demonstration stations will be on hand so show attendees can try out these various processes for themselves and have an opportunity to win one of three Powermax45 XP systems.
