Narrative 2 builds on the extremely successful Narrative module by adding such features as Job Information, specific Operator information, and Scrap information. The empirically-collected machine data is augmented with downtime and scrap explanations entered by the Operator through intuitive and operator-friendly web browser-based software using readily available tablets, PCs or devices of the customer’s choosing.
