Leadership Changes at GF Machining Solutions
Scott Fosdick is now head of global sales and marketing; Phil Hauser becomes president of the North and Central America market region.

As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, innovation and long-term growth, GF Machining Solutions (Lincolnshire, IL) recently announced two key leadership changes. Scott Fosdick, the former president and head of the market region of North and Central America, has been promoted to the position of head of sales, marketing, business development and communications for the global organization. Phil Hauser, formerly the director of sales and head of the turbine group, will assume Fosdick’s former position.
Fosdick holds a degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado. Between 1994 and 2019, he served in a variety of capacities for the company, including field service engineer, advanced technical support manager, service and applications manager for the Asia region, the president of GF Machining Solutions in Southern China, and the market segment manager for aerospace and automotive in Asia, before returning to the United States to become the president and head of market region Americas. In his new position, he will oversee all sales, marketing, communications, and business development activities for the global organization.
Hauser joined the company in May of 2015 and has since served as the director of sales and most recently as head of the turbine group, Liechti America. Prior to joining their team, he was the president of EMCO Maier Corporation and sales manager at MS Precision Components, LLC. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2013 from AFW Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg GmbH in Harzburg, Germany. As the president of the market region for North and Central America, he is responsible for sales, marketing, and service operations for the region.
