Booth A-3754: Equipped with proprietary BigRep BLADE slicer software for accurate printing time and material use calculations that optimize productivity, the STUDIO G2 large-format 3D printer from BigRep has a fully-enclosed and insulated build envelope of 500 mm x 1,000 mm x 500 mm, a fast-heating print bed that reaches 100 deg C, and a temperature-controlled filament chamber. Using a dual extruder equipped with two 0.6 mm ruby nozzles, this printer can produce detailed results with abrasive engineering-grade materials, such as PA6/66, at layer heights as small as 0.1 mm. (Woburn, MA) will feature their new and improved STUDIO G2 large-format 3D printer that provides speed and quality in large-format printing of engineering-grade materials. This German-engineered and manufactured workhorse 3D printer for premium large-format objects offers unmatched speed and resolution in large-format additive manufacturing. The STUDIO G2 has been propelled into a class of its own by a new, fully-enclosed and insulated build envelope of 500 mm x 1,000 mm x 500 mm, a fast-heating print bed that reaches 100 deg C, and a temperature-controlled filament chamber. With a dual extruder that is equipped with two 0.6 mm ruby nozzles, this printer is capable of producing detailed results with abrasive engineering-grade materials, such as PA6/66, at layer heights as small as 0.1 mm. Future materials to be released will include other engineering-grade materials, such as ASA and composite materials with carbon / glass fiber enhancement. The STUGIO G2 also comes equipped with new proprietary BigRep BLADE slicer software that provides accurate printing time and material use calculations for optimized productivity.
