Visitors will be able to see stamped components produced by the company’s manufactured dies, as well as demonstrations of their transfer press simulation services that are offered as part of their die design services. This transfer press simulation service identifies crashes and inefficient transfer system curves, providing key insights into the transfer die process prior to the dies being machined, built and tried out. In addition to design and build, TTG can provide complete transfer die tryout with their own 280 in, 2,750 ton Eagle stamping press and linear transfer system.
