AIDA-America Promotes Employees

Steve Easterling, Jacob Leet, Nick Colarosa and Zach Conner all move into new positions.

Steve Easterling, AIDA-America
As planning manager, he develops a master production schedule and is responsible for all materials management, including production planning and control, distribution, and warehousing.
Jacob Leet, AIDA America
As the group leader of the welding department, he analyzes orders and blueprints to determine the supplies and sequence of weldment construction required, confirms that plate material adheres to drawing specifications, schedules daily work assignments and ensures that new products are built to customer specifications.
Nick Colarosa, AIDA-America
As a senior project engineer, he manages all assigned press projects, serving as the single point of customer contact for coordinating between all internal departments and external suppliers on schedules, third party integration, and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Zach Conner, AIDA-America
As the quality, safety and environmental manager, he is responsible for quality improvement programs, including maintaining a quality management system, managing safety and environmental compliance programs, and verifying that all manufactured products meet quality standards prior to shipment.

AIDA-America Corporation (Dayton, OH) promoted Steve Easterling to planning manager. He joined their planning department in May 2013 and now coordinates with several internal departments to develop a master production schedule. In his new role, Easterling is also responsible for all materials management, including production planning and control, distribution, and warehousing.

Jacob Leet was promoted to group leader of their welding department, which he joined in June 2013. He now analyzes orders and blueprints to determine the supplies and sequence of weldment construction required, confirms that plate material adheres to drawing specifications, schedules daily work assignments and ensures that new products are built to customer specifications.

Nick Colarosa was promoted to senior project engineer. He joined their sales department in January 2015 and has served as a project manager. He now manages all assigned press projects, serving as the single point of customer contact for each. This includes coordinating between all internal departments and external suppliers on schedules, third party integration, and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

Zach Conner was promoted to quality, safety and environmental manager. He joined their quality department as quality engineer – supplier / manufacturer in October 2013 and is now responsible for quality improvement programs, including maintaining a quality management system, managing safety and environmental compliance programs, and verifying that all manufactured products meet quality standards prior to shipment.
