The I-Cut Plasma CNC Level 3 system from Laguna Tools utilizes the most advanced servo controls and laser alignment from Thermal Dynamics with an adjustable water table and automatic torch height control mounted on a massive one-piece welded tubular steel frame. For production cutting up to 1.25 in, this plasma system includes an I-CNC Z-axis Lifter with automatic height control and 25 mm HIWIN square rails on X-Y axes, built-in Wi-Fi for file transfers and Victor CAM software to run on the machine and/or an office PC.

For production cutting up to 1.25 in, this plasma system is available in sizes 4 × 4 ft, 4 × 8 ft and 5 × 10 ft with heavy-duty support spikes and 25 mm HIWIN square rails on X-Y axes, all on a massive tubular frame. Starting at $65,995, this system includes an I-CNC Z-axis Lifter with automatic height control, built-in Wi-Fi for file transfers and Victor CAM software to run on the machine and/or an office PC. Multiple cutting and shielding gases along with several power supply options are available to fit the individual needs and budget for the metal fabricator looking to increase production and improve cut quality.
