Removing the forks from Verti-Lift’s (Louisville, KY) 90-degree tilt table gives workers 360-degree access while the table’s in the horizontal position. After assembly, they can set the product on the floor to be rolled to the next process or moved by pallet jack if fork truck space is limited.
In the vertical position, the forks allow pallet jack or fork truck loading/unloading and provide access to manufacturing and assembly processes in hard-to-reach areas. Forks are also ideal when feet or wheels must be installed at the product’s base.
