Ideal for turning, drilling, milling, roughing, and grinding applications, the plug-and-play EM Expert collector from Camfil Air Pollution Control (APC) (Jonesboro, AR) matches filter to machining process to optimize ultrafine mist and fume collection, separation, and removal.
Functional design makes the system practically maintenance-free. Quick-acting clamps provide tool-free change of self-cleaning filter cartridges. Cartridges are accessed via the service door(s) and a transport trolley is available for drip-free cartridge removal.
Optional high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) final filter stage collects particulates less than 1 micron.
