Global Shop Solutions Celebrates 15-Year Anniversary of Service Manager

Global Shop Solutions (The Woodlands, TX) is proud to celebrate 15 years of extraordinary service to ERP software customers under the leadership of Financial & Operations Service Manager Greg Bean.
“No one will outwork Greg Bean,” says Vice President of Operations Mike Melzer. “He exceeds our motto of love, serve and care – he’ll do anything and everything he can do to help our customers and other employees.”
One of Bean’s most notable accomplishments is the improvement to Global Shop Solutions’ inventory accounting. With a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University, his understanding of finance has attributed to vast advances in the inventory application.
Since taking over as Finance & Operations Manager, he has also overseen the creation of the company’s FastRESPONSE team, which is dedicated to answering, troubleshooting & resolving customer support tickets. Bean has also doubled the size of the service department.
“Fifteen years ago, when we hired Greg, I knew that he would be a major asset to Global Shop Solutions,” says President and CEO Dusty Alexander. “Each day he puts the needs of our customers first and is willing to go above and beyond to teach and lead his team.
