The RB80 RFXT MH3 from Innovative Engineered Solutions (Wilmington, OH) is a tube end-forming machine with a digitally controlled 3-hit, wide-vise ram. The FormPro II control system allows the operator to select up to three progressive ram form hits in a single clamping.
The machine provides the advantages of a single clamping system, reduces capital expense by incorporating multiple machines into one, reduces changeover time, and increases throughput. Available for tubes up to 80 mm in diameter and wall thicknesses up to 2 mm.
