Early reports indicate an uptick in hacking attempts during the global coronavirus pandemic. With manufacturers altering production processes and sending some employees home to work, hardening networks, systems, and data against attack is more critical than ever. On Friday, April 3, from 11 am to noon (Central time), MxD (formerly UI Labs) is hosting a free webinar on how to ensure your operation’s digital assets aren’t hijacked.
The speaker is Brian Haugli from consulting firm SideChannel Security, which assesses and develops risk-management programs. A certified global industrial cyber security professional (GICSP), Haugli is an expert on NIST guidance, threat intelligence implementations, and strategic organizational initiatives. Drawing on his experience leading programs within the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and Fortune 1000 companies, he creates a realistic way to protect digital assets such as machine monitoring data.
