Effective lubrication is critical to maintaining productivity, component quality, and equipment life. However, few metalworking companies have the resources to develop and manage a comprehensive application-and-supply program, particularly one that cost-effectively meets increasingly stringent environmental standards.
That’s where Industrial Innovations Inc. in Grandville, Mich., comes in. As the nation’s largest manufacturer of proportional mixers and spray application systems, the company consults with customers to customize mixing, spraying, and reclamation equipment and services, identifying and resolving potential issues often overlooked by other suppliers. With the 2014 acquisition of a reciprocating die sprayer, servo ladler, and robot extractor manufacturer, the company also owns Advance Automation LLC, which is co-located in Grandville.
Between the two businesses, Industrial Innovations’ customer base includes OEMs and Tier One companies in industries including automotive, appliance, metal processing, housewares, lawn and garden, and contract stamping.
Industrial Innovations cares about the safety and well-being of every employee. The company has continued operations by participating in social distancing by staying 6 feet away while also having those who can work remotely at home.
During COVID-19, employees who can are allowed to work from home. Those needed in production are provided with new masks, safety glasses, and gloves each day.
