The Torchmate 4510 from Lincoln Electric (Cleveland, OH) adds a 5-foot-by-10-foot (5×10) configuration to the components of the company’s other 4000 series tables: FlexCut plasma cutters, reliable motion controls, and user-friendly Torchmate CAD software with touchscreen. Delivered fully assembled, the machine is ready to cut within 30 minutes.
Designed to optimize metal cutting, the CNC plasma cutter accommodates a 5×10 sheet of metal up to 1 inch thick when equipped with the optional FlexCut 125 power supply. 5×10 sheets provide 36% more material capacity than 4×8 sheets, maximizing the number of parts that can be cut and lowering material-handling time.
