EXSYS Tool Becomes ‘EXSYS Automation’
The company is moving to a wider focus on automation, as demonstrated by the introduction of Eppinger robotics, rotary tables and more. While continuing to offer the high-precision Eppinger tool holders and services it’s known for, EXSYS Automation says it will also roll out new Eppinger offerings designed to “revolutionize chip making.”

Expanding into new areas of manufacturing solutions, 25-year-old EXSYS Tool, Inc. (San Antonio, FL) has been renamed EXSYS Automation, Inc. The transition reflects the company’s broadened focus on automation solutions with the introduction of Eppinger robotics, rotary tables and other systems to help customers further increase machine tool output.
The new company will continue to offer its PRECI-FLEX modular tooling system as well as its other tool holding products and gear box solutions, along with tooling repair services and applications expertise.
EXSYS Automation will offer manufacturers new high-quality Eppinger products designed to revolutionize chip making, maximize productivity, and reduce per part costs to boost competitiveness. Additionally, the company will offer IIoT-ready plug-in indexers and a range of robotic components all designed and built by German-based manufacturer ESA Eppinger GmbH.
