Highly accurate pin location jaws for air chucks from Dillon Manufacturing Inc. (Springfield, OH) firmly but gently hold deformation-prone and thin-walled workpieces in place without marring their surfaces. Manufactured for Northfield, Microcentric and other manufacturers of air precision workholders, full-grip (pie) blank jaws are CNC-milled to provide maximum accuracy for workpiece location.
Full-grip jaws are manufactured for chucks with 4- to 10-inch diameters. They’re available in 1018 steel and 6061 aluminum. Jaw heights are available between 4 inches and 1 foot.
