Minor Update to Hypertherm Software Is Based on Customer Suggestions

Hypertherm recently announced a minor version update to its ProNest 2021 CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting.

Posted: June 9, 2021

A minor version update to ProNest 2021, Hypertherm's advanced CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting, is designed to ensure customers are more efficient and profitable. At Fabtech, Hypertherm will be in Booths A-4449 and B-17021.

The revisions are designed to make customers more efficient and profitable. The features include undo and redo; drag leads; a search for jobs in the database; and CSV quotes, which can be imported to QuickBooks for invoicing or to ERP/MRP software.

“This release features several improvements inspired by our user base,” states Chris Pollard, a product manager for Hypertherm CAD/CAM software products. “The undo feature was one of the top suggestions we received from customers, so we knew we had to get it into this release and we’re super excited to see it come to fruition. It’s all about listening to our customers and making the incremental improvements that make their jobs easier.”
