Mate QCT™ tool-less punch retention system has expanded to include QCT Metric™, AMX QCT™ for Amada air blow systems and MXC QCT™ for Wilson Series 90 systems. Also see Mate’s full line of high-performance punch press tooling, special application forming applications for Thick Turret, Trumpf-style, Salvagnini and Murata systems.
Mate has expanded its extensive Press Brake Tooling line with new Wila Trumpf-Style punch and die profiles including punches with acute, sash, gooseneck and blade profiles. New dies including V-openings and angles at 30°, 80° and 86° with a 55 mm height. Also see Mate’s American Precision Style with Maglock®, European Precision and Wila Trumpf-style press brake tooling.
Finally, Mate Laser Technologies has added Adige, BLM and Raytools products including fiber lenses, windows, nozzles and accessories.
