WARDJet Introduces New M-Series Waterjet for Large Format Metal Cutting
WARDJet (Tallmadge, OH) has introduced a new series of waterjet to the company’s roster of CNC machines: the M-Series.

According to WARDJet, the M-Series is a high-speed, high-acceleration, large-format solution for large and multiple sheet production. Designed for industry standard sheet sizes, the series maximizes access to all sides of the cutting area. The M-Series includes a hardened, helical rack and pinion drive that allows up to 1,400 ipm high accelerations while maintaining accuracy.
The M-Series can accept several types of cutting heads depending on whether a company needs water-only or abrasive, 5-axis cutting or 2D capabilities. For higher production and increased throughput, multiple cutting heads or spreader bars can be used.
WARDJet designs and manufactures tailored waterjet cutting solutions that are used to cut materials ranging from tinfoil to titanium.
