TRUMPF Names New National Service Director for Standard Machines: Heidi-Melanie Maier
TRUMPF Inc. (Farmington, CT) has been named Heidi-Melanie Maier to the role of national service director for standard machines within TRUMPF’s service department.

Also, Maier will report to Annette Doyle, vice president of technical service for TRUMPF in North America.

Maier began her career with TRUMPF in 2001 at the company headquarters in Ditzingen, Germany. She started in the media relations and communications department. During her tenure there, she held various leadership roles, working closely with her colleagues in product management areas. From 2011 through 2017, Maier held the position of head of corporate communications.
In 2018, she assumed the role of director of sales and marketing for TruServices and smart services at TRUMPF Inc. in North America. In this position, Maier was responsible for the development of strategic sales and marketing campaigns for the sale of customer-enabling technology.
Maier has a bachelor’s degrees from the University of Münster and the University of East Anglia and has a master’s degree from the University of Stuttgart.
TRUMPF offers machine tools used in flexible sheet-metal processing and offers industrial lasers.
