The ATC allows you to achieve even the most complex tool setups in four minutes or less.
Two models are available in the HRB ATC Series — the 110-ton, 1003 and the 243-ton, 2204. The HRB 1003 ATC provides a maximum bend length of 120.07″. The HRB 2204 ATC provides precise bending results in lengths up to 157.5″.
The high-precision HRB Series leverages industry-leading bending technology, the latest generation of intelligent controls, and a variety of production-enhancing features to resolve your bending challenges.
To expedite delivery to North American fabricators, the HRB 1003/2204 ATC Series is manufactured at the Carolina Manufacturing Center in High Point, N.C. In addition, HRB AFH tooling is manufactured at AMADA TOOL AMERICA, INC. in Batavia, N.Y.
The ATC combined with HRB ATC tooling is the optimum solution to reduce setup times and increase bending productivity.
