KYZEN’s Senior Chemist Wins Recognition as a Woman of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating 2021
KYZEN Corp. (Nashville, TN) has announced that Haley Reid, senior research and development chemist, has won recognition as one of the Women of Excellence in Metal Forming and Fabricating 2021.
Posted: December 16, 2021
The Precision Metal Forming Association (PMA) recognizes 40 women in leadership positions who represent commitment to their company and industry, but also helps support and inspire those who may be interested in a similar career path.
Haley Reid has been employed with KYZEN for nine years after interning with the company for a year. During her time, she has worked very closely with the founder of KYZEN, Kyle Doyel, to research and develop chemistries in both the electronics and metal finishing industry. Recently, she developed the newest MICRONOX product, MICRONOX MX2120, a multi-metal, safe power module cleaner that premiered this month.
This is not the first year that a KYZEN employee has been recognized. Chelsea Jewell, applications lab manager, was recognized in 2018; Debbie Carboni, global product line manager, was recognized in 2019; and Carolyn Leary, analytical lab manager/SDS coordinator, was recognized in 2020.
In 2021, 35 winners and 13 honorable mentions were chosen in recognition of their hard work and success in the field. This year marks the sixth year that these awards have been given.
KYZEN added that the recognition of Reid’s hard work and determination is well deserved and that the whole KYZEN team is proud of her.
KYZEN provides environmentally responsible, RoHS-compliant cleaning chemistries.
