AIDA-America Hires Several New Employees
North America’s most advanced stamping press manufacturing facility hires several new employees

AIDA-America (Dayton, OH), has recently hired several new employees. Shinya Hirose recently transferred from AIDA Engineering in Japan to serve as Transplant Service Manager at AIDA-America. He brings over 19 years of press and automation engineering and assembly experience. Mr. Hirose now focuses on general mechanical issues and supporting AIDA equipment, including handling customer’s inquiries, preparing estimates, managing Service Department schedules, supervising on-site work at customer’s facilities, and planning complex service and modernization projects.
Taylor Hehl was recently hired as Sales Administrator / Receptionist. She has nine years of customer service expertise, as well as order processing, training, and management experience. In her new position, Taylor prepares customer proposals, assists the Sales Administration Team in many aspects with taking care of AIDA’s customers, answers calls to the main phone line, and greets all AIDA-America visitors.
Matt Hall was recently hired as Quality Technician. He brings supply chain, manufacturing, and CNC machining experience to his new position. He now inspects fabricated and machined parts from external suppliers, as well as those produced internally, verifying that all production materials meet stated requirements and conform to established standards. Matt helps ensure that our customers receive accurate, quality products.
Courtney Bastress was recently hired as Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist. She has financial team leadership, training, regular reporting, and customer service experience. In her new position, Courtney processes payroll, maintains payroll records, prepares reports, obtains set-up information for new vendors, processes invoices, generates payables checks, fields daily vendor inquiries, and maintains master customer ERP system records.
