Dawn Reed was recently hired as Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist. She has over 15 years’ experience managing payroll and accounts payable, in addition to extensive involvement in human resources. In Dawn’s new role, she will process payroll, maintain payroll records, prepare reports, obtain set-up information for new vendors, process invoices, generate payables checks, field daily vendor inquiries, and maintain customer ERP system records.

Krista Matsumoto was recently hired as Sales Administrator. She has over 20 years of experience working in a multinational office setting, in addition to expertise in sales and translations. Krista will provide administrative support to the AIDA sales group, including preparing customer proposals, fielding inquiries from field sales personnel, coordinating with project managers regarding cost estimating, and maintaining documents in a CRM system.
