KYZEN to Showcase METALNOX at ATRA Powertrain Expo in Las Vegas

KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at the ATRA Powertrain Expo, from Sept. 2-3, 2022 at the Caesars Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. The KYZEN team will highlight the METALNOX Product Line, with an emphasis on METALNOX M6355 and M6324R in booth #424.
KYZEN’s METALNOX products are solvent and aqueous precision cleaning and metal finishing chemistries specifically made for eradicating tough soils and cleaning metal parts used in the metal finishing, industrial and tooling industries. KYZEN will be emphasizing how the removal of oxidation, burned-on carbon, oil, and grease is present in all of the products they will be highlighting.
METALNOX M6355 is a heavy-duty cleaning chemistry designed to meet the rigorous demands of precision stamping and aluminum remanufacturing operations. M6355 efficiently removes carbon and oil from aluminum and steel parts without causing damage or discoloration and contains corrosion inhibitors for aluminum and copper alloys.
METALNOX M6324R is a high alkaline aqueous cleaning chemistry that has proven effective in both spray and immersion cleaning processes to clean steel parts. M6324R efficiently removes water-insoluble oils, heavy greases, deep draw stamping compounds and other difficult soils, including oxides and burned-on carbon. It is used in high-speed stamping or reel-to-reel operations where the wash exposure time is short.
