Voortman Steel Machinery to Spotlight new Machines and Offer Knowledge Sharing at FABTECH
The company will introduce the Voortman Plate Sorter, a world’s first, and the Voortman Pipe Cutting Unit.

Voortman Steel Machinery is exhibiting for the 17th time, with an interactive booth, at FABTECH in Atlanta USA. From November 8 to 10, in Booth B-8751, Voortman Steel Machinery will present the latest developments in unmanned running, multi-processing, flexibility and real-time feedback. Various demos of the Voortman V310 plate processing machine and the Voortman V631 beam drilling and milling machine will be given.
Presentation of new machines
Visitors to FABTECH are digitally introduced to the world’s first automated plate sorting and storing solution, the Voortman Plate Sorter. An innovative solution for sorting and storing finished plate parts, building project buffers and optimizing logistics route. The Voortman Pipe Cutting Unit will also be introduced, which can be added to the V303, V310 and V304 moving-gantry plate processing machine. It offers the latest development in pipe cutting. TrueVolt technology is combined with a predictive model based on the full cut. This results in a constant cutting quality.
