ETCO Inc. offers a new line of fully insulated thermal disconnects and terminals.

A new line of fully insulated thermal disconnects and terminals that require less metal than standard .250” x .032” NEMA products for smaller applications is being introduced by ETCO Incorporated of Bradenton, FL.

ETCO Insulated Connectors and .110” Tabs are available in straight and flag styles and feature fire-retardant, self-extinguishing nylon insulators that are V-O rated per UL 94. Ideal for low voltage and low AMP applications, these terminals and .110” tabs require less metal and come in strip form for application by bench top and fully automated wire processing equipment.

Designed to ensure perfect alignment from male-to-female during assembly, ETCO Insulated Connectors and .110” Tabs replace heat shrink tubing in many applications.  Incorporating reliable “F” crimp connections, applications include automotive side mirror-, seat-, and window heating elements, outdoor traffic signal light heating elements, and small motor installations.

ETCO Insulated Connectors and .110” Tabs are priced according to style and quantity; manufactured in the USA. Price quotations and evaluation samples are available upon request.
