Stafford Manufacturing Corp.’s Python™ Flange Mounting Collar.

A new flange mounting collar with an integral adjustable lever-operated clamp that can be easily adjusted and repositioned by hand without tools has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA. 

The Stafford Python Flange Mounting Collar has a 6-hole bolt pattern and keyway; designed for linear and low RPM applications that need fast adjustment by hand without tools. Featuring a lever-operated clamp with a thumbscrew tension nut that assures tight clamping when engaged, this quick adjust flange mounting collar is ideal for repositioning and setting stops. 

Designed for use in special machinery to drive low RPM rotating components, the Stafford PythonFlange Mounting Collar is made from aluminum and black anodized, and can also be supplied as specials in steel and stainless steel. Capable of handling 200 lbs. axial load, they are offered with hex, square, or threaded bores and come in a wide range of inch and metric sizes.
