Conroy Promoted to MC Machinery Systems Laser Product Manager
Conroy will develop and implement product strategies for current and new fabrication equipment and working with the factory, suppliers, sales, service and marketing.

Ryan Conroy has been promoted to laser product manager at MC Machinery Systems in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
Conroy joined MC Machinery as a wire EDM installation technician in 2013. He was promoted to EDM customer support engineer on the applications team in 2015. In 2021, he moved to the fabrication division as a laser applications specialist, primarily focusing on research and development of new laser products.
In his new role, Conroy will develop and implement product strategies for current and new fabrication equipment while working closely with the factory, suppliers, sales, service and marketing.
“Ryan has done an amazing job on performing research and development for new laser platforms, working well alongside the applications team and excelling at every task he has been challenged with,” said MC Machinery Systems Fabrication Division Vice President of Sales Shane Herendeen. “We are very excited to watch him grow as he takes on additional responsibilities and challenges.”
