OptiSpray All-in-One also features our PowerBoost® technology and Precise Charge Control (PCC) to ensure precise powder flow and charging performance, even at higher production rates and faster feed speeds. The patented design features ‘quick disconnect’ for powder and air control, tool-free replacement of wear parts, and preventive maintenance functions using integrated sensors and software algorithms, which all simplifies the installation and minimizes production downtime.
