Scotchman® Industries introduces the new Dual Operator 135 ton Hydraulic Ironworker. This machine has a hydraulic system designed with two pumps to insure both operations have full hydraulic pressure and speed, complete with two valves, two stroke controls and two remote foot pedals.

PLASMA MACHINE FOR HEAVY METAL PROCESSING
MultiCam’s 6000 Plasma machine is made for heavy metal processing. Designed for manufacturers who need to cut heavy plate or need a large processing area without sacrificing accuracy or cut quality, the 6000 Series can be outfitted with multiple cutting heads and cutting options that include the Hypertherm HPR-130 and HPR-260 high definition plasma systems.

Bluco’s Demmeler modular fixturing system features accurate five-sided welding tables made of high tensile strength steel. Hardening of these tables is offered as an option. Benefits include sliding and abrasion wear resistance, a non-stick surface for weld spatter, rust resistance and inhibiting of carbon migration to stainless steels.
